Pair Team's mission is to serve people who lack access to health care, and to connect them to excellent health care services. They designed a business plan that put patients at the center, and built an easy-to-use support system around them. Neil Batlivala speaks with our hosts about how he and his partner Cassie Choi created this business model, which has since grown into a successful business enterprise. They partnered with safety net organizations to add an extra layer of services. Pair Team connects people to primary and behavioral health care providers and community health workers to ensure that they get the wraparound services they need. Neil talks about his journey as a social entrepreneur. Get insight into how he created a health tech company that is making health care access easier and more equitable.
